Unique silver gelatin print (mixed process photogram, ice-rubbing, & subtle chemigram) made with the materials I collected when I was in southern California last year (beach sand, Pacific Ocean water, seaweed, and more) AND with the last of the snow I collected just outside of my apt, in lower Manhattan, the last time we had a decent amount of snow, earlier this year. Printed on Foma (11x14) mere hours before my darkroom was dismantled, in May 2024.

My ice rubbing process was inspired by my second love, printmaking, but translated for silver gelatin paper.
